Anna Passey thinks Jamie Lomas will return to ‘Hollyoaks’.
The 42-year-old actor recently quit his role as bad boy club boss Warren Fox – who he originally played from 2006 to 2011 before returning last year – but his 33-year-old co-star, who plays his on/off girlfriend Sienna Blake, doesn’t think his exit will be permanent.
She told Star magazine: "We miss him, but Warren is one of those characters who everyone loves – so I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw him back at some point."
Meanwhile, Jamie previously admitted he wouldn’t rule out a return to ‘Hollyoaks’ in the future because he thoroughly enjoys playing the bad boy on screen.
He said: "He’s such a fun character to play – playing baddies are the best characters to play on TV. I’ve been very fortunate that Bryan Kirkwood (the show’s executive producer) is a huge friend of mine – an amazing person as well. Creating Warren, ‘Hollyoaks’ have done such an amazing job and I’m eternally grateful for giving me that opportunity. I’m just going to try other things and I like to go in and then have a little time there and then go out. Who knows? Maybe I’ll go back in time and who knows? I think I’ve just given you that [he’s not going to be killed off]."
