Jamie Lomas teases Hollyoaks character Warren Fox’s future

Jamie Lomas says it is "always a pleasure and an honour" to return to ‘Hollyoaks’ after he made a comeback on the Channel 4 soap.
The 44-year-old actor reprised his role as bad boy Warren Fox – who he has been playing since 2006 – on Monday (29.07.19), and has hinted there is more in store for his character, because it won’t be "the last" audiences see of him.
Speaking in a video uploaded to the ‘Hollyoaks’ Instagram account, Jamie said: "Hello guys. As you can see, The Fox is back in the village, causing some trouble. And this might not be the last you see of me."
Jamie says returning to the soap – which he first departed in 2009, before making several reappearances – is "like coming home".
He added: "How does it feel to be back? Yeah, amazing, you know? It’s like coming home, coming to see my family, my friends.
"Coming back to play Warren Fox is always a pleasure and an honour. ‘Hollyoaks’ … I love it."
Warren’s reappearance came as Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) was reunited with her twins, whom Warren had snatched last year.
But as she was about to drive off with her beloved kids, she was stopped by boyfriend Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward), half-sister Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart), and the twins’ au pair Nina, who convinced Sienna the children weren’t hers by showing her pictures of them with their father.
In a later scene, Nina was seen with Warren, telling him it was lucky she had pictures of the twins with her brother to throw Sienna off the scent.
Warren then emerged from his car, revealing that Sienna’s instinct was right and the children are hers, but he’s taking them back to Spain.
Currently, Sienna is unaware of how close she came to being reunited with her children, but with Jamie teasing Warren’s future, the storyline seems far from over.
