James ‘Arg’ Argent is returning to The Only Way Is Essex

James ‘Arg’ Argent is set to return to ‘The Only Way Is Essex’.
The 29-year-old television personality has recently returned from Thailand where he spent a brief time in rehab earlier this year to help him get back to a "good place" in his life, and now the reality star is back on form he is set to return to the ITVBe programme, which he starred on when it first aired in 2010, when the show returns in September.
Arg’s ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright has confirmed the news her former flame – who dated the star on and off for almost nine years before they ended their romance last year – is making a comeback on the reality show, which is also known as ‘TOWIE’.
Speaking to The Sun Online, the blonde-haired beauty said: "From what I’ve heard from him, he is in a good place and he is doing really well.
"He is returning to ‘TOWIE’. That’s a good thing for him."
Although the 27-year-old has claimed there is no future for the former couple again, she is glad he is "happy" following his battle with his weight, as well as his excessive partying lifestyle, and she has wished him all the best.
She added: "I do wish him the best even though there’s not a future for us. I want him to be happy and I want him to be in a good place."
Lydia recently announced she was quitting the show, as is her mother Debbie, but the pair have insisted their departure is not because of the dark-haired singer.
Lydia said: "I have not left ‘TOWIE’ because of James. We have a laugh about it. We are friends but we are not overly friendly. It’s every now and then. There’s no hard feelings."
