Jake Quickenden would bare all for charity

Jake Quickenden would strip off completely naked on stage – but thinks he would "scare women off" if he was fully nude.
The 29-year-old singer recently joined The Dreamboys as a special guest and admitted that while he only gets his top off in the show, he would be up for baring all in the name of charity if he was asked to do so.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I watched ‘The Real Full Monty’ and I thought it was great how they raised awareness. If that came about I’d definitely do it for charity to raise awareness for an important cause.
"I don’t think I’d strip to any more than just my T-shirt on The Dreamboys though. I’ll let the other lads do that. I’d just say how much are you paying?
"I’d always do stuff for charity. ‘The Full Monty’ was amazing but I don’t think I’d go down that route – I’d scare women off if I got fully naked."
Jake didn’t have any worries about baring his ripped chest on stage during his first few Dreamboys shows, but he was slightly concerned about forgetting his routines.
He added: "It’s only my top that comes off so I wasn’t that nervous about my first Dreamboys shows. I was more nervous about forgetting my routines.
"I wasn’t that bothered about anything else."
Despite having to strip off for live audiences as part of his job, the ‘Dancing on Ice’ winner has found even less time to hone his chiselled body at the gym since he started appearing in the show.
He said: "I’ve actually started working out less since I’ve been doing The Dreamboys – because I’m so tired.
"But I do yoga every day, and I try to stay as fit as I can.
"But I think life is for living. I like eating and I like drinking and I like being able to do what I want.
"It’s important to stay healthy and go to the gym and work out, but everything in moderation for me."
Jake has joined The Dreamboys as a special guest and will be embarking on over 40 dates as part of their record breaking nationwide tour. For tickets visit www.dreamboystour.co.uk
