Hollyoaks’ Reservoir Dogs-style Magaluf walk

The ‘Hollyoaks’ cast filmed a ‘Reservoir Dogs’-style walk for their Magaluf special.
Annie Wallace – who plays Sally St. Claire in the Channel 4 soap – has revealed the stars shot a slow-mo stroll down the Spanish resort town’s famous strip, which resembled the opening credits of the Quentin Tarantino-directed drama movie.
She said: "My favourite moment was filming on the beach with all the McQueens and going for paddles in the sea, which isn’t something we normally get to do at the studio.
"Also, the arrival of the McQueens into Magaluf strolling down the beach front like ‘Reservoir Dogs’."
Chelsee Healey (Goldie McQueen) also picked the "hilarious" moment out as her best part of filming in Majorca.
She said: "My favourite moment in filming abroad must have been when all the girls filmed the scene where we walked down the Magaluf strip, it was honestly hilarious."
While Annie and Chelsee enjoyed recreating the cult 1992 motion picture, Jennifer Metcalfe was more interested in the Spanish cuisine while shooting the special.
She said: "The catering was delicious! And sleep, I got a full night every night!"
The Magaluf special sees some of the characters swap the Chester village for a Spanish villa to celebrate Jennifer’s character Mercedes McQueen’s hen do, as part of the star’s return to the soap following her maternity leave.
Speaking about Mercedes being reunited with her family, Jennifer said: "She was buzzing to be back with them, although it wasn’t long until the drama started and she soon wanted to be as far away from them as possible."
