Hollyoaks’ Haiesha Mistry couldn’t move after getting back in the gym

Haiesha Mistry couldn’t move after her first workout for three months.
The ‘Hollyoaks’ actress – who joined the Channel 4 soap as Yazz Maalik in 2017 – felt the burn of getting back into the gym after being away since last year, admitting it was "hard" but she felt good to have "smashed" a session.
She tweeted: "First day at the gym after like 3 months out yesterday and let me tell you it was f***ing hard.
"I stepped into that gym thinking I was some badman and pushed my body and you know what, I felt like a f***ing G smashing my workout..
"God help me today my body can’t even move (sic)"
And while it’s taken a couple of weeks of 2020 for Haiesha to get back to the gym, she’s been busy catching up on ‘Gavin & Stacey’ after missing out the first time round.
Despite only starting the show a few weeks after the sitcom returned for its Christmas special, the soap star has been won over as she’s already started quoting Ruth Jones’ character Nessa.
She recently told her followers: "So I’ve started binge watching Gavin and Stacey (don’t ask why I’m only watching now, still asking myself the same question) and I’ve found myself shouting OHHH around the house.
"Safe to say I love it."
Haiesha previously revealed she used to work five jobs a day to fund her acting auditions as she hit out at some advice suggesting actors should hire a studio to record self-tapes.
She argued: "I read a tweet recently about how actors should hire a studio to do self tapes! Like what is this nonsense?! Once I was holding down 5 jobs including a day job to fund auditions etc so where these pp think we get the money from I have no idea… (sic)"
