Holly Willoughby worked out at home with a private instructor once a week after she gave birth to her third child.
The ‘This Morning’ host has always remained tight lipped on how she managed to get her svelte figure back so soon after welcoming her son Chester into the world two years ago but fitness guru Lynne Robinson has revealed that her weekly Pilates sessions with the blonde beauty helped her to regain some tone and definition.
Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: "I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week. Holly had post-natal mat work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.
"The exercises would have also helped strengthen the pelvic floor which can loosen after pregnancy, as well as help trim the waist and flatten the stomach."
And the 36-year-old presenter isn’t the only celebrity who is a huge fan of Lynne’s private classes as Paloma Faith took to her Twitter account in March to thank her and her company Body Control for helping to "knit" her abs back together so soon after giving birth to her daughter via emergency Cesarean section at the beginning of December.
She wrote at the time: "Thank you so much @bodycontrol for helping me knit those abs back together !xxx (sic)"
Meanwhile, Holly recently said she felt really uncomfortable talking about her fitness regime because she doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders and insists she’s just focused on health rather than appearance.
She said: "I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.
"As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing."
