Helen Flanagan "misses everything" about ‘Coronation Street’.
The 30-year-old actress – who played Rosie Webster on the ITV soap until she left in 2017 – is keen to reprise her role, as she misses so much about being on set.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I was on ‘Coronation Street’ since I was a little girl, since I was nine, so it’s a massive part of my life. I really miss it. I really miss my acting. I miss the make-up girls, I miss the cast, I miss the excitement of filming. I miss everything about it. I’d love to return."
Back in November last year, Helen admitted she was "not sure" when she could return to the soap because she was "too busy".
The actress – who was on maternity leave at the time after giving birth to her daughter Delilah, now two – said: "I miss being on ‘Corrie’, but at the moment I’m just so busy. I’m trying to work out when I can go back.
"I don’t know when it’ll be. It could be next year but I’m not sure."
And a few months previous, Helen admitted she is trying to "figure out" how she will make her ‘Coronation Street’ return.
The actress – who also has Matilda, five, with her partner Scott Sinclair, and is now expecting a third child – shared: "I’ve always said I’ll go back, but I’m still not sure when that will be. I’m a mum now so I have to put my children first.
"We have to be based in Scotland for Scott’s job and the show is filmed in Manchester so I need to figure out how I’m going to make it work. The door is open for me to go back so I will return at some point."
