Haim cancel European Tour

Haim have cancelled their European Tour.
The pop-rock band – comprised of three sisters, Este, Danielle and Alana Hai – have been forced to abandon nine of their gigs, including sets in Reading and Leeds, in order to complete their forthcoming album.
Taking to their official Facebook account on Wednesday (20.07.16), the band said: "We’d hoped to be done with recording but as it turns out, we’re at a critical point of finishing up and need to stay close to home until it’s complete. Unfortunately we need to cancel our European performances including Way Out West, Tivoli, Frequency, Krakow, Zurich Openair, Reading and Leeds, and Electric Picnic. We hate to disappoint you guys that had plans to come see us and promise we’ll be back in the near future to share our new music with you."
Earlier this year, the band announced they were planning to release their album, which is yet to be given a name, later this year but it’s not yet known if the drop date has now been delayed as a result of the changes they’ve had to make.
The forthcoming record will be the follow-up to their 2013 debut album ‘Days Are Gone’.

The full list of dates that have been cancelled are as followed;

August 11 – Gothenburg, Sweden – Way Out West
August 12 – Copenhagen, Denmark – Tivoli Festival
August 13 – Oslo, Norway – Oya
August 18 – Poelten, Austria – Frequency Festival
August 20 – Kraków, Poland – Kraków Live Festival
August 24 – Zürich, Switzerland – Openair
August 27 – Reading, England – Reading Festival
August 28 – Leeds, England – Leeds Festival
September 02 – Stradbally, Ireland – Electric Picnic
