Gregg Wallace wants another baby with wife Anne-Marie Wallace.
The loved up couple recently welcomed their first son Sid into the world, and the ‘MasterChef’ star – who already has Tom and Libby from his marriage to Denise Wallace – admitted he wont rule out the possibility of becoming a father again in the future.
Asked about the possibility of having another child, Gregg told ITV’s ‘Loose Women’: "We said only one, but honestly now…"
The 54-year-old chef admitted he has had to give it some serious thought because by the time his newborn baby turns 20, he’ll be in his mid 70s.
He added: "Well, I did say to Anna I wasn’t sure because by the time you’re my age, normally your children have grown up and you can have time with your wife again. I’m going to be in my 70s when Sid’s 20."
However, Gregg revealed he has the support of his wife’s family from Italy – with his mother-in-law currently living them and his father-in-law on his way – and his own son John has offered his support.
He also explained how the family dynamic will work, with Anne-Marie looking after the baby at home while he continues to work.
He said: "My wife is very, very old fashioned and we had a chat about what our role were going to be when the baby came along. It was decided that I’m the provider and I should stay providing.
"I’m not arguing the pluses and minuses, and it works really well. That was it, it was decided that I should carry on working."
Anne-Marie fell pregnant with their child last summer, shortly before the pair were due to start treatment to help them conceive after having spent years trying for a baby of their own.
When they announced they were expecting, Gregg said: "We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying. The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant."
