Gregg Wallace is planning to have children with his new wife.
The 51-year-old culinary mastermind may already have two grown-up children Tom, 22 and Libby, 19, with his second spouse Denise Wallace but he’s desperate to start a little brood with Anna-Marie Sterpini following their wedding on August 6.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, he said: "Meeting Anna has brought me what I think I’ve always been searching for – that big, warm family dynamic and there’s real strength in that.
"I’m very conscious of people thinking I just do this willy-nilly. But we haven’t rushed into this – we’ve been together for three years and I truly have never met anyone like Anna.
"Anna was clear from the start of our relationship that she wants children and it won’t be long at all before that happens."
The loved-up couple – who met via Twitter in 2013 – tied the knot at Hever Castle in Kent earlier this month in front of Gregg’s best man John Torode and their close friends and family.
They then arranged a bigger party later on in the day for their extended friends as they danced the night away with 120 guests.
Gregg met Anna, 30, three years ago, popped the question to her in 2014 and has been looking forward to their nuptials ever since.
He said at the time: "I looked at her picture and thought, ‘Oh wow!’ so I started flirting and sent her my number. At first she couldn’t tell if it was me or a lookalike. But she soon realised once we got to a restaurant and people started saying, ‘Hello, Gregg.’ "
