Grant Bovey and James Whale nominated for eviction on Celebrity Big Brother

Grant Bovey and James Whale are the first two celebrities up for eviction on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The property developer – who is the ex-husband of television presenter Anthea Turner – and the controversial television and radio host received the most votes from their fellow housemates and are now fighting to stay in the famous abode.
Grant was nominated by eight housemates in total, mainly for keeping a low profile.
Making his nomination, Frankie Grande gave his reason as "he likes to be more isolated", adding he "would feel more comfortable if we were a more cohesive unit" whilst Katie Waissel nominated him for "keeping himself to himself".
Christopher Biggins defended Grant’s ex-wife, saying: "Anthea, his wife, was a good friend of mine and I think she was treated quite badly by him."
However, it was James who received the most nominations of the group, 11 votes, and was criticised for not wanting to be in the house in the first place.
Explaining his reasoning, Grant said: "If you don’t care when you go home don’t come in the first place. If you don’t care, then you don’t deserve to be here."
Heavy D decided to vote for James as he felt he stood a good chance of winning the show and wanted him out as soon as possible.
Katie Waissel and Frankie Grande received one nomination a piece whilst Marnie Simpson, Ricky Norwood and Renee Graziano were handed two nominations each. Stephen Bear was given three nominations.
Saira Khan, Heavy D, Lewis Bloor and Christopher Biggins had immunity from the first vote after housemates took part in a task during their first few days in the house.
Grant and James will now face the public vote to decide who will be the first to leave the house.
