Geri Horner, Mel B and Emma Bunton actually reunited for a brief period back in 2016, recording the track ‘ Song For Her’.
The trio decided against using the moniker GEM – meaning Geri, Emma and Mel – for their reunited group, whose song leaked online.
A source said at the time: "There was talk of using the nickname GEM but they’ve decided against that because the strength is through the Spice brand."
