Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo and Stanley Johnson are being lined up to host a show together.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star and the 77-year-old politician developed a close friendship at the end of last year when they both competed on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ in Australia and bonded over their love for politics.
But, although the 23-year-old beauty – who was crowned queen of the jungle – is in high demand, she’s still close with Stanley and bosses are keen to put them in front of the camera together to front their own series because they’re a "natural duo."
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Stanley – the father of Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson – said: "I haven’t seen Toff since we got out of the jungle but I’ve absolutely kept in touch with her.
"In fact, we’re lined up to present a show together for ITV. They think we’re a natural TV duo. I can’t reveal too much about it, but I have a really good feeling about it."
Toff’s career has rocketed since she won the creepy-crawly show last month and she’s being sent all over the world for different jobs, but she recently insisted that she’ll always have time for Stanley and he’s the only one she’s kept in touch with.
She explained: "I have kept in touch with Stanley. I like Stanley so much, we are going for supper. I have to call him back actually, I’ve been so naughty! He’s so sweet. He called me the other day and he was shouting. I said: ‘Where are you?’ And he replied: ‘IN THE CAR WASH!’ He’s just so classic."
And, although she now has someone to help her get her foot on the ladder when it comes to politics, Toff doesn’t think she’s "clever" enough to run for parliament.
She said: "There have been a lot of crossover with celebrities and politics but to me, I don’t think I would go into politics. Perhaps when I’m a lot older.
"I don’t think I’m intelligent to become an MP! I have my opinions but to go into politics you have to be very clever, which I’m not!
