Georgia Steel and Sam Bird make relationship official

Sam Bird and Georgia Steel have made their relationship official after leaving ‘Love Island’.
The couple – who decided to leave the villa instead of pairing up with other contestants on the dating show after they were split up – took the next step live on air on ‘Good Morning Britain’ on Monday (23.07.18).
Sam asked Georgia: "Because we’ve been through a lot both inside the villa and now outside the villa, and we’re going to be living together, so I want to know if you’d be my girlfriend?"
The lovebirds shared a kiss and she said "of course", and Georgia even hinted at the possibility of wedding bells in the future.
She said: "I would love to see that – because at the end of the day, I wouldn’t be with you if I didn’t see a future with you."
Meanwhile, Georgia’s mum Sharon surprised the couple during an appearance on ‘Lorraine’ later that morning, appearing in a video to approve their relationship.
In a sweet message, she said: "Good morning, Georgia and Sam! This is just a message to say I am one happy mum. I met Sam a couple of days ago, and I can honestly say I love him.
"He’s just fitted in with the family just 100 per cent. I can see how much you care for her – and I can see how much he cared for her in the villa.
"He seems to me, he’s Georgia’s prince charming. All I can say is I hope they’ll share tonnes and tonnes of memories together, and live a happy, happy life together. I’m one happy mother!"
