George Michael’s London home is available for rent.
Wealthy fans of the ‘Careless Whisper’ hitmaker – who died in December 2016 – are able to stay at the singer’s abode in Highgate, if they are willing to shell out a staggering £15,000 a week.
However, it is more likely the property – which was left to George’s sisters Melanie and Yioda in his will – will be lived in by another celebrity as it is in the hands of an agency which specialises in hiring out exclusive properties "off market" and counts the likes of Rihanna and Angelina Jolie among their clients.
A source told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "The family don’t want to let it go yet, instead they want others to enjoy the beautiful house. Nobody knows which A-lister will be in there yet but it is likely to be somebody really big.
"It’s the most ideal place, kitted out for celebrities."
The house boasts a swimming pool and bar area and the garden has a gate which leads directly out onto Hampstead Heath.
Famous neighbours include Kate Moss, who previously revealed she and her 16-year-old daughter Lila had a ladder which led straight into George’s garden so they could use his pool without bothering him.
She said: "He’s got a pool, so when it’s hot I’m like, ‘Can Lila come and jump in your pool?’ And he’s like, ‘Yeah, come over.’
"We can actually climb from garden to garden over the walls with a ladder."
George also owned a home in nearby Regent’s Park, where his former partner Fadi Fawaz is currently living, and another in Goring-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, which is where he passed away.
