Gabby Allen wants to "showcase herself as individual" on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The former ‘Love Island’ contestant was rumoured to have signed up for the upcoming series of the Channel 5 reality show earlier this month, and now the star herself has admitted she would be "up for" the challenge, although she insisted nothing is confirmed as of yet.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the VIP launch of ‘SpiceUp London Exhibition’ at the Business Design Centre in London on Thursday (26.07.18), she said: "I’m up for it. But I don’t know yet. There has been Any sort of reality for me is a challenge. It would be nice to showcase yourself as individual."
Her comments come after sources claimed producers had their eye on the blonde beauty, as they hoped she would dishes the dirt on her relationship with ‘Love Island’ beau Marcel Somerville, who broke Gabby’s heart when he slept with another woman behind her back.
A source said at the time: "Gabby was devastated when she found out Marcel had cheated on her.
"She really thought he was the one and has been left heartbroken by what he did.
"Doing something like ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ was never on her radar, but after their break up she wanted to do something challenging to help push her out of her comfort zone.
"Enough time has passed now and she won’t be afraid to tell all about their failed relationship and the effect it had on her."
And insiders also claimed the trip into the infamous abode for the new series – which kicks off next month – will help Gabby put her relationship behind her, and move on from the former Blazin Squad star.
They added: "Being cut off from the outside world with no phone or social media will be like an intense form of therapy for Gabby.
"She’ll have plenty of time to think and won’t hold back when it comes to revealing
"She thinks it’ll help her get over Marcel once and for all."
