French Montana has "nothing but love" for Khloe Kardashian.
The rapper and the reality star enjoyed an eight-month romance last year and despite their split, French vowed he and Khloe will always be friends.
Speaking on ‘The Wendy Williams Show’, he said: "We’re cool. I think we’re always gonna be friends. I’m cool with that whole family. I’ve got nothing but love for them."
Khloe, 31, previously claimed she dated the 31-year-old musician because she felt lonely following her split from estranged husband Lamar Odom.
She previously explained: "It’s nothing against French. I just think I don’t want a boyfriend.
"I jumped into something because I was just lonely and destructive. But now I’m like, I just want to be alone."
Meanwhile, it was reported earlier this year that Khloe had rekindled her romance with French.
A source said: "Khloe and French Montana are still hooking up but keeping it totally under the radar.
"She’s still into French, but she wants to keep it no strings attached. Khloe knows French is a player and doesn’t want to get involved with him in that way again right now."
Khloe married Lamar in 2009 following a whirlwind romance and first filed for divorce four years later after discovering he had been cheating on her and taking drugs.
She later put the split on hold as she helped him to recover after he collapsed at a brothel in Nevada following an alcohol and drugs binge but recently filed for divorce again.
She has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split and drafted in Laura Wasser, who is currently representing Johnny Depp in his divorce, to help deal with her case.
The curvaceous TV star and the retired basketball player do not have a pre-nup and they have already reached an agreement about their properties, meaning they must now wait six months for the divorce to be legally finalised in the state of California.
