Fifi Geldof marries

Fifi Geldof has got married.
Bob Geldof’s daughter tied the knot to Andrew Robertson on Saturday (03.09.16) at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church near Faversham in Kent, south west England, the same venue where the funerals of her sister Peaches and mother Paula Yates were held.
The 33-year-old beauty, who works in PR, looked stunning in her long-sleeved lace gown as she walked down the aisle.
As she and Andrew departed the church with beaming smiles on their faces, they were showered with confetti.
The couple’s friends and family were in attendance at the wedding, including Thomas Cohen, 26, the widowed husband of her sister Peaches.
He was seen with his and the late star’s children, Phaedra, four, and three-year-old Astala.
Musician Jools Holland and former ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Ashley James also went along to the nuptials.
Attendees had to leave their camera phones at the entrance as they arrived at the wedding.
Fifi previously revealed her marriage would be a low-key affair in contrast to Peaches and Thomas’ glitzy wedding in 2012.
She said: "Unlike my dear late sister’s wedding there won’t be a magazine deal, nor pictures of me in a white dress."
While it was a happy occasion, the day no doubt had a tinge of sadness attached to it due to the church – which Bob, 64, lives next door to – being the same place where Peaches and Paula, who died of heroin overdoses in 2000 and 2014 respectively, had their funerals.
Earlier this year, Fifi admitted she had made a conscious decision to keep the precise details of her wedding a closely-guarded secret.
Speaking in May, she said: "I have told friends lots of different dates and planted a few red herrings, so that no one knows exactly when it is.
"They will find out, but it’s a long way off – more than ten weeks away. That’s all I will say."
