Fetty Wap ‘arrested for drink driving’

Fetty Wap has been arrested for drink driving.
The 26-year-old rapper has reportedly been arrested for 15 charges including drag racing, driving under the influence (DUI), driving without a valid licence and speeding after he was pulled over by police in the early hours of Friday morning (03.11.17).
Law enforcement sources have told gossip website TMZ that the ‘My Way’ hitmaker was allegedly driving at speeds of 100mph in a 50mph zone on a New York City highway while racing another driver.
It is claimed when he was stopped he handed an officer an expired New Jersey driver’s licence, failed a field sobriety test and blew a 0.9, which is just above the legal limit.
Earlier this year, Fetty – whose real name is Willie Maxwell II – was robbed in New Jersey, having a chain and an unspecified amount of cash taken.
Police were dispatched to the scene in Patterson in the early hours of the morning amid reports shots had been fired during a fight.
But the singer was said to have later refused to file an official complaint, with sources close to the ‘My Way’ hitmaker saying he didn’t want to get involved in the incident, which saw three people injured.
He is said to have thought it was better to let the "streets handle his feud" with Raheem Thomas, who was arrested on gun charges after he flashed Fetty’s stolen 1738 chain on his Instagram.
In August, Fetty reportedly fired an assistant for allegedly stealing $250,000.
