Lewis Bloor and Georgia Harrison have both signed up for ‘Ex On The Beach’.
The former flames – who dated away from the world of reality TV but rekindled their romance during her brief stint on ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ five years ago – are set to be reunited on the new series of the MTV dating show, with bosses hoping for "some explosive TV".
A source told The Sun Online: "Lewis and Georgia haven’t seen each other since their fallout on ‘TOWIE’ so their reunion will be explosive.
"They are both known for speaking their minds and bosses can’t wait for them to create some explosive TV.
"Georgia still has some questions she wants answered and she’s unlikely to let Lewis get out of talking. There will definitely be a confrontation or two."
When Georgia appeared on ‘TOWIE’ back in 2014, Lewis made a move while she was dating Tom Pearce and she admitted she wouldn’t "rule him out" because of their history together.
He said at the time: "I’ve known the girl for the past six or seven years. We’ve never officially been boyfriend or girlfriend, but I’ve always said if there’s one girl that I really wanted to give time to, it would be her."
The pair fell out and Georgia – who later appeared on ‘Love Island’ – left the show after one series.
‘Ex On The Beach’ will be back on TV later this year after the planned 10th series was cancelled following the tragic death of Mike Thalassitis.
A spokesperson said at the time: "We were very sad to hear the tragic news about Mike Thalassitis and our thoughts are with his family and friends.
"Last year, Mike took part in filming for the next series of ‘Ex on the Beach’, which was due to air on MTV later in the year.
"In light of the news of Mike’s death, we have decided not to broadcast the planned 10th season of the show."
