Evan Ross has an "amazing" relationship with Ashlee Simpson’s ex-husband.
The 30-year-old star – who married the ‘Outta My Head’ hitmaker in 2014 – has a positive relationship with Pete Wentz and thinks he’s a wonderful dad.
Asked about his relationship with Pete, Evan – who has a three-year-old daughter called Jagger with Ashlee – told ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’: "Very good. He’s such an amazing father.
"I grew up in a family where I had a lot of different siblings from, you know. I grew up in a big family and I think it’s a beautiful thing."
Evan has a positive relationship with Pete – who has Bronx, nine, and with Ashlee and Saint, four, and Marvel, three months, with girlfriend Meagan Camper – and so he won’t cross a line when it comes to his stepson.
He said: "I think that for me, my relationship with Pete has been amazing. He’s an amazing father.
"He knows that I love his son very much, but it’s his son."
And 33-year-old Ashlee – who has daughter Jagger, three, with Evan – feels relieved the Fall Out Boy rocker and her husband have developed a healthy relationship.
She confessed: "I’m like, thank you god. God looked at me one day and shined."
Meanwhile, Ashlee and Evan recently revealed they plan to expand their brood next year.
The loved-up couple have been busy working on new music together and separately for their own respective albums, but once their work schedules quieten down, Ashlee admitted they plan on trying for another child.
Asked about the prospect of having another baby, the ‘Pieces of Me’ hitmaker said: "It’s definitely soon … in the next year. Definitely in the next year would be nice."
