‘Emmerdale’ star Isobel Steele is launching a music career.
The 18-year-old actress – who plays Liv Flaherty on the ITV soap – has announced she is releasing an EP in November and she can’t wait for everyone to hear her songs.
Isobel has been posting videos on YouTube of herself singing for the past two years but now she’s ready to take her love of music to the next level.
In an Instagram post, she wrote: "Hey everybody! I’m terrible at promoting things but my EP is out on the 1st of November!! I’m very excited to get it out. Frequent music after this I promise."
Isobel has always indulged her passion for singing but she decided to start uploading her performances as a "bit of fun" to see what her fans though.
She previously said: "I’ve been doing that for a long time. I just never felt the need to post it before. But I fancied doing it.
"It was just a bit of fun, and it wasn’t for anything. I just enjoy it. I don’t normally shout about it."
Isobel has been a key character in ‘Emmerdale’ since she joined in February 2016 as the half-sister of Aaron Sugden-Dingle (Danny Miller) being involved in a number of major storylines, and was introduced as part of Aaron’s child sex abuse storyline as the daughter of his father and abuser Gordon Livesy.
Despite her popularity amongst viewers, Isobel is her own biggest critic and is "never really happy" with her ‘Emmerdale’ performances when she watches them back.
She said: "I’m never really happy with my performance – I always fault it."
