Emma Willis exercised with her personal trainer "twice a week" to get into shape before presenting the 2017 BRIT Awards.
The 40-year-old star has been working with fitness guru Rob Solly to tackle her problem areas since she gave birth to her youngest child – eight-month-old Trixie Grace, her third child with her husband, Busted rocker Matt Willis – and stepped up her fitness regime ahead of the ceremony, which took place at London’s The O2 arena on Wednesday night (22.02.17).
Speaking about working with the mother-of-three to get her BRITs ready, Rob exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "After the birth of her third child, Emma has been working consistently to get in shape and strengthen areas affected by childbirth. Training twice a week allowed us to hit those areas and get her ready to present the BRITs."
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ host – who also seven-year-old daughter Isabelle and five-year-old son Ace with Matt – previously revealed she recruited personal trainer Rob to help her get in shape after her mother told her she had cellulite.
Emma’s body had drastically changed after having children and the dimpling on her skin had become "out of control" which inspired her to workout whilst she was pregnant.
Speaking openly about her figure, the brunette beauty recently said: "The secret is training while you’re pregnant to get you in shape way before you give birth. Being 40 and pregnant with my third child, it’s no surprise that the cellulite on my legs got out of control. When even my mum noticed it, I knew I had to get a trainer."
Emma co-hosted the BRITs with Dermot O’Leary after original presenter Michael Buble had to pull out to care for his son Noah who is battling cancer.
