Emma Willis has been waiting six years to receive her very own ‘The Voice’ spinning chair.
The 42-year-old presenter – who has been hosting the show since 2014 – claims she was promised one of the special seats, which the coaches sit on while listening to budding performers, but is yet to be gifted the furniture.
She told OK! magazine: "On my first series I was promised one of the chairs and I still haven’t got it, even six years later."
Emma – who is married to former Busted star Matt Willis, with whom she has daughters Trixie, two, Isabelle, nine, and seven-year-old son Ace – is ecstatic that Olly Murs, will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Jennifer Hudson will be on ‘The Voice’ judging panel this year, but she feared the 37-year-old beauty wouldn’t be back.
She said: "Will and Tom are pros at this now, they’ve done it for so many years.
"Jen just settled in brilliantly, I was so scared she wouldn’t come back when I heard that she was doing the US version again, but she stayed true and came back, which is lovely.
"And Olly? Olly was just brilliant last year so there was a no brainer."
However, Emma – who presented ‘Big Brother’ for five years before it was axed last year – admits she still gets nervous before shows, despite her experience.
She said: "I’m always nervous. Nerves are good because they keep you on your toes. You don’t want to get complacent."
