Emma Chambers’ cause of death revealed

Emma Chambers reportedly died of a fatal heart attack.
The ‘Vicar of Dibley’ star – who was best known for playing Alice Tinker in the BBC sitcom – was believed to have passed away on Wednesday (21.02.18) from natural causes.
However, BBC executive producer Jon Plowman has since claimed Emma, 53, had suffered a coronary.
He told BBC Radio 4: "It’s no age to have a heart attack, as I understand it."
No further details have emerged regarding the passing of the TV star at the time of writing.
The ‘Notting Hill’ actress’ agent John Grant said she would be "greatly missed", writing in a statement: "Emma created a wealth of characters and an immense body of work. She brought laughter and joy to many."
And tributes flooded in for the late star on social media, with her ‘Notting Hill’ co-star Hugh Grant writing: "Emma Chambers was a hilarious and very warm person and of course a brilliant actress. Very sad news."
Whilst Emma Freud, the wife of ‘The Vicar Of Dibley’s creator Richard Curtis, shared: "Our beautiful friend Emma Chambers has died at the age of 53. We’re very very sad. She was a great, great comedy performer, and a truly fine actress. And a tender, sweet, funny, unusual, loving human being. How could you not love this girl. Emma Chambers … thank you for the brilliance. (sic)"
Meanwhile, soap star Cheryl Fergison took to Twitter to pen a tribute.
She shared: "What an amazing lovely wonderfully funny charming and talented actress Emma Chambers was .. such sad news and only 1 year older than myself it all becomes pretty obvious that enjoying you’re life to the full is the most important thing love & hugs to her family & friends (sic)"
Television personality Rylan Clark-Neal shared on his social media page: "Gutting news about Emma Chambers. Really really sad. What an actress. Grew up with Alice what an absolute joy to watch. God bless xxx (sic)"
Emma is survived by her husband and fellow actor, Ian Dunn.
