Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have put their Brooklyn home on the market for $8 million.
The showbiz power couple are hoping to make a quick profit on the plush pad after splashing out $6 million on the townhouse just last year, and while they are both big fans of the property, they simply don’t spend enough time there.
John told the Wall Street Journal: "We’ve been nomads for a while now, but that’s the nature of the business.
"The house is so special – someone who can spend every night there should have it."
The amazing abode features seven bedrooms and a master bathroom which comes complete with a stained glass skylight.
Those who like plenty of light when they are cooking up some delicacies might be particularly taken with the kitchen, which has a skylight that runs the length of the room, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows.
John and Emily renovated the French Renaissance Revival-style house, but have kept a number of the original architectural details, including the beautiful ceiling beams in the family room.
People who aren’t big fans of getting their hands dirty in the garden might be pleased to note the home’s outdoor area features paved blue stone, while traditionalists will no doubt love the original panelling in the dining room.
One person who may not be at the front of the queue to purchase the pad is Kendall Jenner.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star previously bought John and Emily’s West Hollywood mansion for $6.5 million, but she is selling the house after suffering a string of bad events at the property.
In March, Kendall had $200,000 worth of jewellery stolen from her house and just two months after she splashed out on the mansion a fan was arrested for waiting for the star outside her gate.
