Phil Mitchell will make an explosive return to ‘EastEnders’ tonight (22.11.18).
The soap hard man – played by Steve McFadden – left for Spain on business at the end of the summer, but he will be back in Albert Square this week as he makes romantics plans to surprise his wife Sharon (Letitia Dean).
However, the timing is set to cause drama on the show, as Sharon is rekindling her secret love affair with Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
Things are set to get even worse, as Sharon’s step-daughter Louise has also invited Keegan Baker (Zack Morris) to the house to discuss their feelings, and they too end up in bed together.
Shortly afterwards, Phil will arrive back home unannounced, and he could be met by two shocking revelations.
Actor Steve – who returned to the soap 13 years ago after his original 13-year stint ended in 2003 – his castmates, after fellow soap star Tilly Keeper described him as a "great mentor".
The actress – who plays Louise Mitchell on the BBC One soap – says her on-screen dad is "always giving advice out" when they are on set together, and 21-year-old star cannot stop laughing when she works with Steve and fellow soap stalwart Letitia.
Speaking last month, she told BANG Showbiz: "Steve is such a great mentor and he’s so lovely. He’s always giving advice out.
"Whether it’s to do with work or whatever, and Letitia Dean is my favourite person on Earth.
"We laugh all the time. They both create such a nice atmosphere on set."
