Dwayne Johnson gets asked to sing tracks from Moana when in the gym

Dwayne Johnson gets asked to sing tracks from ‘Moana’ when he’s in the gym.
The 44-year-old actor – who provides the voice over to Maui in the Disney film – has revealed he is regularly stopped by "everyone" including lorry drivers, toddlers and fellow fitness fanatics and is requested to belt out a "few lines" of ‘You’re Welcome’ from the popular animation movie when he is working out.
The muscular hunk – who is also known as The Rock when he was a professional wrestler – shared the news on his Instagram account with two clips of him, one showing him behind the scenes recording the track whilst footage of his character plays alongside.
He captioned the post: "Big Digital HD release today for our 2x OSCAR nominated #MOANA.
"One of the coolest parts of this whole thing is having everyone from truck drivers to toddlers, from lovely ladies to dudes in the gym… they all ask to me sing a few lines of "You’re Welcome" to which I respectfully reply, ‘You can taste the steak all you want, but the gravy ain’t free’. They look confused and start nervously laughing.. I just stare and make the whole thing uncomfortable.. then I break out in laughter.. then they break out in laughter.. then I start singing.. then they start singing with me.. then I stop and say, "no seriously, pay up". Everyone wins. #Moana #YoureWelcome #DigitalHD TODAY! (sic)."
And the ‘Baywatch’ star feels "so grateful" the production, which also features singer Nicole Scherzinger, Alan Tudyk and Auli’i Cravalho, has "touched a magical chord" with the audience and has become a "global phenomenon".
He added: "I’m so grateful our movie touched a magical chord with people to become a global phenomenon. Powered by our film’s heartbeat and soul… our music. (sic)."
