Britain’s Duchess Catherine is set to spend the Easter weekend with her parents at Amner Hall in Norfolk.
The 34-year-old royal has decided to celebrate the occasion with her mother and father Carole and Michael, sister Pippa and brother James after her husband Prince William booked to jet across to Kenya to carry out some official duties.
And, although the Duke will miss his daughter’s first Easter, the brunette beauty is keen to pull out all of the stops to make it as special as possible by throwing an Easter egg hunt for Prince George, two, and Charlotte, 10 months, on the royal grounds, according to HELLO! magazine.
Meanwhile, it was announced yesterday (24.03.16) William will spend four days in Kenya to visit the wildlife reserve where he got engaged to Catherine in 2010, as well as have a brief meeting with Kenya’s president Uluru Kenyatta.
The Duke, who is President of United For Wildlife, will also see some of the conversation and anti-poaching initiatives set up in Kenya, which are supported by Tusk Trust, as well spend time with the rangers to learn about their work protecting one of Africa’s significant rhino populations.
In between his duties, the handsome Prince will also attend his ex-girlfriend Jessica Craig’s wedding.
