Duchess Catherine meets victims of London terror attack

The Duchess of Cambridge visited victims of the London terror attacks on Monday (12.06.17).
The 35-year-old royal – who has three-year-old son Prince George and two-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte with her husband the Duke of Cambridge – made a visit to London’s Kings College Hospital yesterday where she visited the staff and patients there, including those who were affected by the horrific incident that took place in London Bridge and Borough Market earlier this month.
The Kensington Palace Instagram account shared the news of Duchess Catherine’s visit with a picture of the brunette beauty greeting members of the medical team.
The post read: "Earlier today The Duchess of Cambridge visited staff and patients at Kings College Hospital to meet some of those affected by the London Bridge and Borough Market attacks. (sic)."
Catherine – who was formerly known as Kate Middleton prior to marrying the 34-year-old royal – met with "incredible doctors, nurses and support staff" and listened to them recall their terrifying experiences over that unforgettable weekend.
The post continued: "Her Royal Highness met with some of the incredible doctors, nurses and support staff who spoke of their experiences during the evening of the attacks, and explained how they worked as a team to help those in need. (sic)."
Catherine also thanked everyone at the site for their "hard work", their "care" and the time they have devoted to providing help, support and necessary treatment to all of those who were impacted by the event.
The upload on the photo-sharing site read: "Her Royal Highness thanked all of those at Kings College Hospital for their hard work and the care they have provided to all of those affected. (sic)."
