Doctor Foster series 2 to start two years on

Doctor Foster’s second series will pick up the original story two years on.

She added: "The amazing thing about series one was the build-up.

Suranne has previously admitted she was initially opposed to the idea of another series of ‘Doctor Foster’ following its success last year before signing up to reprise her role as Gemma.
She said: "I’ve read episode one and I’m due two and three. At first I didn’t know whether there should be a series two but then I wanted to look at the aftermath of a divorce as I don’t think there’s been any of that on TV…"
