David Walliams wears dress again for Sports Relief

David Walliams is "back in a dress" to raise cash for Sports Relief.

The 44-year-old star is set to reprise his ‘Little Britain’ role and teach former Liverpool FC player Peter Crouch – who is 6ft 6inch tall – how to be a "lady" in a hilarious sketch that sees fellow comedian Micky Flanagan join them and play sports agent Mickey Perm.

David revealed: "I’m back in a dress as Miss Emily Howard and it’s going to be Peter’s attempt to get back playing international football again by trying out for the England’s women football squad. We went to the FA training camp in Derby and Peter was really game – he puts on a dress. It’s hard, though, because I don’t know anything about football."

The duo will slap on makeup and frilly frocks in scenes that will air on Friday (18.03.16) from 7pm on BBC One, in aid of the charity which funds projects in some of the world’s poorest countries.

And despite the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge supporting the cause for 10 years he confessed he isn’t at all "sporty".

He told The Sun’s TV Mag: "I’m just not that particularly sporty. I’ve got friends such as Jonathan Ross and Jimmy Carr who play tennis, but they’re quite competitive and I’m useless. I could play if it was a friendly match and people batted the ball straight to me… see! It’s not even a ‘bat’ is it?"
