David Beckham has given his daughter her first football lesson.
The former England football captain has shared two clips on Instagram of him giving six-year-old Harper some soccer tips, and he seemed to be mightily impressed with her ball skills.
In one of the clips, David was seen walking hand-in-hand with the youngster as they kicked a football to each other before embracing.
He tagged the video: "Someone’s ready for her first football lesson"
The other video saw the former England captain throwing the ball up to Harper as she volleyed it back to him.
David was clearly impressed with what he saw from his daughter as he captioned that clip: "Oh My (sic)"
But it’s not the first time Harper has kicked a football as David revealed back in 2015 that then then-three year old loved playing soccer with her big brothers.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Harper’s skills are coming on pretty well. We’ll see if she wants to follow in my footsteps or not, she loves playing it with the boys."
David and wife Victoria – who also have sons Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 15, and Cruz, 12 – gave Harper the middle name Seven after the number he wore on his back during successful spells with Manchester United and England.
Brooklyn was a prospect at Arsenal’s youth academy along with his brothers, but he wasn’t offered a scholarship to continue in 2015.
What’s more, in December 2015, David revealed Romeo had told him he didn’t want to play football professionally either.
He said: "The other day Romeo turned around to me and said he didn’t want to play football anymore. Part of me was devastated but part of me was relieved too."
It is not known if Cruz Beckham wants to pursue a career in football but last year he released a Christmas single, ‘If Everyday was Christmas’.
