Danny Jones for The Voice Kids

Danny Jones is set to join ‘The Voice Kids’.
The McFly guitarist is reportedly in advanced talks to appear alongside will.i.am on the coaching panel of the new talent show, which will air next spring, and it is thought his experience with the boy band makes him the ideal candidate.
An insider said: "Danny has 13 years of experience touring and making albums with a successful band.
"He is perfect for The Voice – he’s someone the young contestants will really relate to."
The spin-off show will air on Saturday nights, like ‘The Voice’ – which will begin in January on ITV for the first time after switching from BBC – and will see kids aged seven to 14 compete.
Black Eyed Peas star will – who is also a coach on ‘The Voice’ alongside Sir Tom Jones, Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale – is able to sign one of the talents from ‘The Voice Kids’ show up at the end of the series.
An insider added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "He really thinks he can find the next Justin Bieber."
Danny is no stranger to competing in talent shows having appeared on the first series of ‘Popstar to Operastar’ in back in 2010.
Sadly, he didn’t win the programme, finishing fifth out of eight, while Darius Campbell triumphed ahead of Bernie Nolan, who was second.
If needs be he can also call upon his McFly bandmates for advice as Harry Judd won ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in 2011, and bassist Dougie Poynter was crowned king of the jungle on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ in the same year.
