Danny Dyer ready to enter Love Island

Danny Dyer’s wife Joanne Mas says he wants to enter the ‘Love Island’ villa to meet his daughter’s boyfriend.
Joanne and Danny have been watching their daughter Dani Dyer on the ITV2 reality programme and have been taking a great interest in her blossoming romance with Jack Fincham – who is such a fan of the ‘EastEnders’ actor he even has a poster of him on his bedroom wall.
In the coming weeks, the islanders’ parents are invited into the villa to see their children and meet their partners and Joanne insists Danny, 40, is well up for it.
In an interview with ‘This Morning’, the 41-year-old blonde said: "Yeah, he’ll do that. He’d love a cameo on that show, he’d love that. He was just like, ‘Oh, he’s got a poster on the bedroom wall – your mum has got a poster on the bedroom wall of me…’ He just laughed, we was both laughing, Danny likes being mentioned on that show."
Joanne also revealed she encouraged Dani, 21, to enter the villa and convinced her that dad Danny would have no idea she had gone in because he’d be distracted by the football World Cup in Russia.
She spilled: "So we both discussed it she had all her meetings and I said to Dani, because she was really worried, she was like, ‘Daddy’s not gonna approve of it.’ I said, ‘Don’t worry about daddy, he’s not gonna know. The football will be on, nobody watches ‘Love Island’, you’ll probably get kicked out in a week have a great time. Go and see the family in Mallorca and she said, ‘What if he does find out?’ I said, ‘Just tell him you’re going on holiday.’
"It got leaked to the press and then he rang me and said, ‘Have you got anything to tell me?’ And then I was just like, ‘Oh bit busy at the moment’.
"Then he come home, I did him a nice little dinner and me and Dani was both looking at each other and I said, ‘Yeah she’s going in, she needs a break, I need a rest!’
Joanne has been holidaying in Mallorca whilst Dani is on the programme, and when Dani got upset when she was shown a video of Jack’s reaction to his ex-girlfriend Ellie Jones arriving on the scene, the tiger mum phoned up the producers and told her she was coming to the villa to take her home.
Joanne said: "They said, ‘Oh no she’s fine.’ I said, ‘Listen, I will jump the wall, bring my rucksack, let her like peep out like a little turtle and then I’ll just take her home. That’s it, she’s coming home.’ And they was like, No, she’s fine, she’s fine.’ "
