Danny Dyer gifted Kellie Bright his old TV set.
The ‘EastEnders’ co-stars’ characters have been bickering a lot lately as Linda Carter (Kellie) delves further and further into alcoholism, but off screen the pair are great pals and the former ‘Football Factory’ actor – who plays Mick Carter on the BBC One soap – gave his old Liza Minnelli (telly) to the ex-‘Bad Girls’ star.
Asked what the view is from her sofa, she said: "I’ve got a pink sofa, which sounds very Linda Carter, but it’s nice.
"My dog’s at my feet, my husband is next to me, and I’m watching Danny Dyer’s old TV, which he gave to me."
Kellie loves to watch shows with "women at the forefront", so has recently been tuned in to the likes of ‘Killing Eve’ and ‘Fleabag’.
She said: "We’re watching ‘You’ on Netflix, and ‘Succession’. I loved ‘Fleabag’ and ‘Killing Eve’ – drama with women at the forefront, which is lovely.
"I also like to watch the news – otherwise, between work and being a mum, I can live in a bit of a bubble."
And the 43-year-old star is pleased ‘EastEnders’ is all about "strong women", just like her character, Queen Vic landlady Linda.
She added to Radio Times magazine: "My first executive producer, Dominic Treadwell-Collins, said to me that the show is about strong women and it’s true.
"Even though Linda looks like Barbie, inside she’s made of steel."
Kellie recently revealed Linda’s large earrings were inspired by her love of another Walford matriarch, legendary character Pat Butcher, who was played by Pam St. Clement.
She said: "I’m going to say Pat Butcher – mostly because of the earrings. I do choose really large earrings for Linda based on my love for Pat. There are some corkers in the 35th anniversary."
