Dakota Johnson was "committed" to working out ahead of her role in ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’.
Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson has revealed the 26-year-old actress worked hard to achieve her ideal body ahead of shooting for the racy film.
Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, he said: "It’s a lot of people looking at your privates. Dakota is in tow when she trains. She’s regular, she’s committed and six months she’s being naked, which for some people that sounds great but to other people they freeze on that."
Whilst the film has helped Dakota’s fitness, she claims it has been a hindrance when it comes to finding a boyfriend as men are scared to ask her out because they think she is into the same things as her character is.
Referring to the S&M scenes in the film, she said previously: "Some people think this is something I’m interested in, in my private life, which is not the case. I’m an actor, I pretend. But I guess it’s something that happens with a lot of actors; people think that, in real life, they are like the characters they play.
"My life has changed dramatically. There are times that I feel lonely, but then I just watch movies and read books and I’m happy that I have the time to do those things. I cherish my solitude. Luckily I have such a distraction in my job, I don’t think about men very often. All of my focus is on my job at the moment."
