Corrie’s Imran to start dating Leanne and Toyah Battersby

Coronation Street’s Imran Habeeb will risk the wrath of sisters Leanne and Toyah Battersby when he starts dating them both at the same time.
The cobbles love rat – played by Charlie De Melo – will see his ego "go through the roof" when he begins relationships with his new PA Leanne (Jane Danson) and former Rovers Return landlady Toyah (Georgia Taylor).
A TV source said: "They both don’t know and he knows this so is quite happy with how things are going and doesn’t do anything about it.
"His ego goes through the roof and he’s really enjoying the attention and he thinks he’s living the dream having two women on the go."
However, as with most Soapland love triangles, things do not look set to end well for the sly solicitor.
The source added to The Sun’s Bizarre TV column: "But you don’t want to mess with a Battersby and no doubt it’ll come crashing down for him."
Last night’s (20.08.18) episode saw Imran tell Leanne she was just a distraction because of his father Hassan Habeeb’s (Kriss Dosanjh) passing, after he spent the night with her.
While Leanne should be worried about what Imran is up to, Jane – who has played the character since 1997 – recently revealed blasted a mystery troll for creating a fake Facebook profile of her.
She wrote on Twitter: "Some saddo pretending to be me again! STOP IT – its pathetic. Also its fraud, a criminal offence. (sic)"
Jane also asked the person who set up the account to take it down before they get "into trouble".
She tweeted: "Do yourself a favour and remove before you get into trouble. (sic)"
And his upcoming love triangle could be turned into a love rectangle after his ex-wife Sabine rocked up on the cobbles on Monday demanding money for their divorce settlement.
