Coldplay play Good Feelings live for first time

Coldplay debuted ‘Good Feelings’ live at their Rome concert.

Chris Martin and co played the Stadio Olimpico in Vatican City on Friday (12.07.24) and fans were treated to a performance of the track that was originally said to be a collaboration with The Chainsmokers.

The 47-year-old frontman sings: “We fell in love in the summer/I remember baby, we felt the sun shine through/And we were born for each other.

“All the good feelings, for one another/As we danced to the radio.”

The track is also produced by Max Martin like the lead single from their upcoming LP ‘Moon Music’.

The rock band shared the euphoric new song, ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove’, last month, after debuting the tune live in Hungary.

The sweet track sees Chris – whose partner is 34-year-old ‘Fifty Shades’ actress Dakota Johnson – sing about his lover: “Oh, it feels like

“I’m fallin’ in love/Maybe for the first time/ Baby, it’s my mind you blow…”

‘Moon Music’ is due for release on October 4, 2024.

The eco-conscious rock band are releasing the record on vinyl made from recycled plastic bottles.

A special copy boasts 70 per cent river plastic, taken from the Rio Las Vacas in Guatemala, with the ‘Yellow’ hitmakers claiming that will reduce the record’s carbon footprint by 85 per cent.

It comes after Coldplay recently thanked fans after they were able to cut their tour emissions by 47 per cent so far amid their ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’, compared to their 2016 and 2017 jaunt.

The group had previously vowed not to tour again until they could reduce their footprint.
