Cliff Parisi booted from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Cliff Parisi has become the third campmate to leave the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ jungle.
The 59-year-old actor was voted out of the ITV reality show during Monday’s (02.12.19) show, making him the third star to leave the Australian jungle this year, after Adele Roberts and Andrew Maxwell were voted off first and second respectively.
Cliff – who is known for starring as Minty Pearson in ‘EastEnders’, and as Fred Buckle in ‘Call the Midwife’ – was a late addition to the camp alongside actor Andy Whyment, and brought a touch of Christmas to the jungle when his luxury item was unveiled as a white Christmas tree, complete with decorations.
Following his eviction, show hosts Ant and Dec asked Cliff why he decided to sign up to take part in the show, and he cheekily replied: "Taxman."
Prior to entering the jungle, Cliff worried he would be a "bore" to viewers, and feared he would be voted off early.
He said: "I will be saying ‘did I ever tell you about the time?’ I will be the camp bore!"
The star also admitted that his wife has given him tips on how to act during his time on the show, in an attempt to stop him "annoying" the other campmates.
Cliff added: "She has left me loads of notes saying ‘don’t be annoying’, ‘don’t do this’ as she knows all the things that are going to annoy everyone! You can’t pretend to be anyone else in the Jungle but yourself and I just hope I don’t make my family cringe or be really embarrassing."
And although Cliff has been living on some basic rations since entering the jungle, he was treated to a feast the night before his eviction, as Nadine Coyle managed to win all 10 stars in the Bush Tucker Trial, giving the campmates a dinner of duck, neeps, green papaya, congos, seaside greens, and ugli fruit for dessert.
