Christine Lampard’s budget store shopping sprees

Christine Lampard still shops in budget stores – despite her and husband Frank Lampard being worth a combined £43 million.
The 38-year-old TV presenter has admitted she loves to grab a bargain and purchases toys and garden furniture in shops such as B&M and Poundland when she can, because she doesn’t see the point paying more money for the same product at a different store.
She said: "B&M Bargains is the best shop on the face of this planet – it’s fabulous. You can go in and get toys, Halloween things, Christmas decorations, garden furniture, batteries, toothpaste, anything."
Christine – who married the retired footballer in 2015 – always tries to pop into a B&M shop during a visit to her native Northern Ireland before heading back to London, where the couple live.
She added to the Daily Star newspaper: "I never go back to London without a trip to B&M. It’s brilliant."
Frank – who was named the 87th highest-paid athlete in 2015 after amassing an estimated £15.6 million in salary, winnings and through endorsement deals – is also a big fan of shopping in Poundland.
In December 2015, the former Chelsea and England footballer – who has two daughters, Luna, 12, and 10-year-old Isla, with former fiancee Elen Rivas – was spotted in the discount retail store in Fulham, west London, on Christmas Eve.
A fellow shopper called Eliot said at the time: "I was on my way out when I spotted him.
"He didn’t have that much stuff in his basket but he was having a browse.
"I’m not sure what he bought or how much he spent, but he was standing next to
that one aisle for a while."
