Chris Brown accuser breaks silence

A woman who accused Chris Brown of pulling a gun on her claims she was left in fear of her life.
Baylee Curran spoke to police in the early hours of Tuesday (30.08.16) morning after fleeing the ‘Fine China’ singer’s home in Tarzana, Los Angeles, barefoot following a row and admits she was genuinely frightened he would shoot her.
She explained to E! News that she was inside the rapper’s kitchen admiring some jewellery on display when things turned nasty.
She said: "I admired this one piece, a diamond cross necklace. I did not pick it up, I did not touch it, take it or grab it, anything to that sort."
The 24-year-old beauty queen – who has hung out with Chris "several times before" – was then confronted by one of the singer’s pals, who said: "Get out, don’t touch the jewellery."
She added: "[The friend] was calling me names and that’s when Chris Brown kind of went off, pulled out a gun and said, ‘Get the f**k out.’"
She claims he pointed the gun only at her and added: "He was saying, ‘Get the f**k out! Haven’t I told you guys enough?’ And kind of threatening me with the gun, like if I didn’t get out he’s going to shoot me with it."
Baylee claims she immediately fled the house, before realising she had left behind her cellphone – which had been taken earlier in the evening when she entered the property – and shoes.
One of Chris’ friends retrieved her items but was hesitant to give back her phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. Baylee explained she didn’t want to sign anything, so grabbed her phone and ran down the driveway, and thinks that is when a neighbour saw her and called police.
She added: "I went under a truck because I saw his keep coming from his driveway towards my way.
"Once they reached the area of the truck they turned around and went back up the driveway."
Following a lengthy stand-off with police, Chris – who was previously on probation for six years for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 – has now been arrested and charged on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
