Chloe Sims will ditch carbs for January

Chloe Sims has given up carbs for January.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star has vowed to ditch calorific treats like pasta, cakes and crisps this month because she was so "naughty" with her diet last year and desperately wants to shed a few pounds to feel good when she slips into her bikini in the summer.
Writing in her column for Star magazine, she said: "I don’t really make New Year’s resolutions but I’m planning to do a no-carb January because I have been really naughty with my diet and I’m trying t get ready for the summer."
However, the 33-year-old beauty didn’t go cold turkey on January 1 as she practised cutting out starchy foods and replaced buttery mash potato with chopped up cauliflower, that looks like rice, back in December.
She explained: "I’ve started to do it already and I’ve discovered cauliflower rice, which I’ve been having instead of mashed potato. I’ve been quite enjoying it, to be honest."
Meanwhile, Chloe – who has 12-year-old daughter Madison – isn’t planning on ruining her figure by getting pregnant next year.
Speaking about fellow ‘TOWIE’ star Lauren Goodger’s desire to have a baby, she said: "I heard that Lauren Goodger has said she wants a baby next year. I can see why she would want one, but having a baby’s not easy, although it might look it. Once you’ve had a baby you are committed and everything is a worry. I don’t know if I’d want to go through that experience again and have two babies to worry about."
