Chloe Ayling has signed up for ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The 20-year-old model hit the headlines last year when she claimed she had been kidnapped in Milan, Italy, before being accused of making the ordeal up to get publicity, but she is said to be set to appear in the reality TV show in a bid to show the public her real self.
A friend told the Daily Star newspaper: "She is going to tough it out and Big Brother always has counsellors on hand."
Chloe is said to have penned a £100,000 deal to appear in the Channel 5 show.
While she has turned down offers in the past, saying it’s "not what she wants to do", Chloe appears to have had a change of heart.
As well as changing public perception of herself, she is said to wants to overcome her fear of confined spaces.
She recently said: "I am desperate to put this ordeal behind me.
"I refuse to be labelled as simply a kidnapped model or a victim forever."
Meanwhile, trader Nick Leeson – whose actions led to the fall of Barings Bank, and landed him in prison in 1995 – is also being lined up for the upcoming series, according to The Sun newspaper.
So far, those signed up to appear are said to include former ‘TOWIE’ star Dan Osborne, porn star Stormy Daniels, Married At First Sight’s Ben Jardine, model Rodrigo Alves, ‘Cheers’ legend Kirstie Alley, former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional Brendan Cole and ‘Bad Girls Club’ star Natalie Nunn.
