Jenna Dewan-Tatum has admitted that her and husband Channing will "force" their daughter Everly to watch ‘Step Up’.
The couple got together when they made the 2006 dance movie and plan to show it to their three-year-old offspring so she can see where she "came from".
Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily, Jenna, 35, said: "We keep saying we are going to force feed ‘Step Up’ to Everly. Like, ‘You have to watch. You have to see where you came from.’"
However, it’s likely that the pair won’t need to do that much forcing, as they have also revealed that Everly has already started developing a passion for dance.
Jenna said: "[Everly]’s a very free-spirited little kid. She likes to run around and do her own thing. But she loves a tutu and she will put on three or four and go around the house and do little shake moves."
The couple recently celebrated the 10-year anniversary of ‘Step Up’, taking to social media to prove to fans that the movie still means the world to them.
Alongside a picture of the two of them from the set of the movie, Jenna wrote on Instagram: "#tbt to on set of Step Up I cannot believe it’s the 10 year anniversary of the release today!! Ahhhh where does the time go?? Love you all and thanks for all the love all these years (sic)"
They also posted a video recreating the iconic dance move from the movie, with the caption: "We had to. #stepup10years"
Speaking about their relationship on-set, Channing, 36, said previously: "We were basically together on the movie. It’s interesting now, because we can watch it and see; we can go, ‘Oh, wow, that was actually our first real kiss.’ As soon as the movie wrapped, we went back to L.A. and were together, and together ever since — never broken up. That’s nine years."
