‘The Catherine Tate Show’ is set to tour the UK.
The award-winning comedian, who co-wrote and starred in the series from 2004 until 2006, will unite some of her famous alter-egos – including Joanie ‘Nan’ Taylor, Irish nurse Bernie, Geordie Georgie and Essex girl Sam – as she takes the belly-laughing comedy on the road this autumn.
The 21-date tour will also see the resurrection of bolshie teenager Lauren Cooper – known for her famous catch phrases, ‘Am I bovvered’ and ‘Whatever’ – after she was dramatically killed off in a kayaking accident in 2007.
The on-the-road gig will kick off at Manchester’s 02 Apollo on November 1, before wrapping up in Bristol on December 3.
Tickets for the shows will go on sale on April 29 at 10am.
