Camila Cabello: I’m a hopeless romantic

Camila Cabello is a "hopeless romantic".
The 20-year-old singer – whose first major relationship was with pop singer Austin Mahone – is keen to find a boyfriend, but admitted she thinks about romantic relationships in a different way than other people.
The ex-Fifth Harmony star shared: "Love is the most important thing to me in the world. I’m such a hopeless romantic."
Camila displayed her affection towards Austin via social media before their split in 2014.
And the Cuban-American star has admitted to becoming more guarded about her personal life as she has gotten older.
She told the March/April issue of Latina magazine: "Social media’s weird because people can get too caught up in it. I understand, though, because I was a fangirl."
This comes shortly after Camila revealed she has been taking dating advice from Taylor Swift.
The 27-year-old singer-songwriter has been involved in numerous high-profile relationships over recent years, having dated the likes of Harry Styles, John Mayer and Tom Hiddleston – and Camila thinks she’s the perfect person to turn to for advice.
She shared: "We talk about love a lot and if I ever have any questions about love or if there’s anything that I’m going through at the time, whether it’s with a boy or with a friend, she’s a very good person to ask those kind of questions."
Meanwhile, Camila previously revealed that one of the reasons she decided to quit Fifth Harmony to pursue a solo career was because she felt the band were too sexualised.
Camila – who starred in the group alongside Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui – said she felt frustrated with efforts to make the ‘Work From Home’ hitmakers raunchy.
She explained: "Especially with being a girl group, there’s been a lot of times where people have tried to sexualise us to just get more attention. Unfortunately, sex sells."
