Camila Cabello finishes debut solo album

Camila Cabello has finished her first album.
The 20-year-old singer has been working on her debut solo LP ‘The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving’ since she quit Fifth Harmony in December 2016 and, almost a year later, she finally feels ready to drop her new material.
Taking to her Twitter account on Tuesday (21.11.17), the brunette beauty said: "my first album is done and the butterflies in my stomach are fully aware (sic)."
Not much is known about the album but Camila recently admitted that she turned to her good friend Taylor Swift for advice while recording it and even played her some tracks.
She said at the time: "When I first went into the studio I showed her a bunch of my songs and she gave me advice and listened and said, ‘Oh this is really cool.’ "
And it’s not just music advice Camila has been getting from the ‘Bad Blood’ hitmaker – who has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston – as she’s also been relying on her for dating tips.
Camila explained: "I feel like we have something really cool where we can just be honest with each other, and we can just be girls, talking about stupid crushes. It’s the best."
Camila is yet to announce a release date for ‘The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving’ but it’s expected to drop early 2018.
And she can’t wait for fans to finally hear her "true voice."
The American-Cuban beauty said: "Making my own music now, it truly is my voice, I’m able to actually talk about who I am, and a big part of that is my culture and my family … How I’m able to represent other people that are Latin is better because now I actually get to talk from my voice."
