Camila Alves exercises when she’s cooking to maximise her time.
The 34-year-old model has three children, son Levi, seven, daughter Vida, six, and son Livingston, three, with her husband Matthew McConaughey, and recently launched infant meals brand Yummy Spoonfuls exclusively in Target stores across the US with her business partner Agatha Achindu.
Camila admits she struggles to find time to get to the gym so she has developed a trick of carrying out simple lifts and stretches when she’s in the kitchen.
The Brazilian beauty revealed: "If I’m cooking, I’ll do leg lifts. There are certain things you can do. My days are really hectic with a lot of conference calls, so now I get out and walk while I’m on them."
Camila was speaking in the People magazine Wellness Issue in which a host of famous women share their tips and secrets to stay looking great.
Fellow celebrity mother Jessica Alba admitted she now does endorphin-boosting workouts twice-a-week for energy rather than purely focusing on improving her figure or toning certain body parts.
The ‘Mechanic: Resurrection’ star – who raises daughters Honor, eight, and Haven, four, with her husband Cash Warren and runs her ethical produce business The Honest Company – shared: "Now it’s less about what my body is going to look like and more about how it makes me feel for the rest of the day. (Endorphin-boosting workouts) make me feel more productive and alert. And it’s a stress reliever."
Country singer Kelsea Ballerini admits she has only recently taking up regular exercise so she can stay in great shape on tour.
The 22-year-old musician spilled: "I just started working out a month ago, because I hate it. I don’t love cardio, but I want to feel stronger and I want to feel toned, so we do smaller weights and a ton of reps. I noticed I have more endurance now when I’m running around performing."
